As a wife, mother, daughter and granddaughter of Estelle Carter Dove, who holds total inspiration for Eye of A Dove, Inc. loving with patience, kindness, understanding and truth has become a natural part of existing. Nichel has been providing personal care to the seasoned for over 20 years in the city of Charlotte. As a former para-transit operator, her skills, patience and compassion to work with the seasoned has been made well-known throughout the community. Nichel is a graduate of Central Piedmont Community College, and currently completing her BA in Communications at Queens University Charlotte, class of 2022. Her dedication to the city of Charlotte has led her to hold a position with UE150 Charlotte City Workers Union as the recording secretary and a statewide trustee. Recently, she has been accepted as a fellow for the Southern Workers Assembly and currently a candidate for another fellowship offered through Morehouse College empowering black labor leaders of the south. She is a community activist and board member for CommUniversity, Wilson's Oasis and the Neighbors of Cherry. She looks forward to servicing the population in an exceptional manner that surpasses what the seasoned community is accustomed to observing. Her prayer and hope is that the impact of this organization will bring delight to any and all that connect.
